Unsuccessful

Poor support, don't reply to emails, you need to call them for sales, unprofessional, no callbacks... sounds like they're understaffed when it comes to support... all this and I haven't even signed my contract or started my service yet, therefore I'm already withdrawing my order. The business needs to change it's values if they want to stay relevant in a fast pace environment.
