When you do find yourself in a troublesome situation, one of the friendly staff will always speedily assist. You will almost always be kept updated via email or phone calls...But one of the key features that actually caught our attention, was real human interaction, something that's very rare these days. No lengthy automated messages and endless options. We've have been referring friends and family who are just as impressed with their services. Two thumbs ups.
