RUN, RUN!!!! BE VERY CAREFUL!!!!
I am on month to month! Now that I want to cancel they tell me I must pay a cancellation fee if it is in the first 12 months. This means I am on a 12 moth contract and not month to month!!! How does this COMPANY work???? BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE JOINING!!! So the one is cancelling out the other!? NOW THEY WANT TO KEEP MY LINE CAPTIVE!!!!! THIS IS NOT LEGALLY RIGHT! They have no right to do what they are doing!!!!! The Lady over the phoned spoke over me and there is no decent CLIENT SERVICE at all!

13 May 2020, 14:38Hi Gerald, our terms and conditions (on our website and the contract you signed) clearly state that if you cancel in the first 12 months that you have to pay for the FNO installation costs and the router if you dont return it. We are not holding you to anything sinister.
