Really happy I switched to Mind-the-Speed

It took Mind-the-Speed 3 days to do what Telkom couldn't do for me in 2 months after countless follow-up calls and headaches with Telkom regarding fibre at my new residence. I decided to research other options and found "Mind the Speed". I was hesitant as they are not a "known" ISP but their reviews were really good (and its not easy to find more good reviews than bad on hellopeter). I am now very glad I chose them. Their customer service is good and they sorted out my internet and got my new router to me quickly. I am very happy.

Mind-the-Speed please keep your service like this even when you grow and become more popular with time. Don't become like the bigger ISP's that just treats you like a annoying number and it's difficult to get someone to actually care about helping you and resolving your query/request. If you do this you will have customers for life.
