Really excellent service

Good day,

Im a good believer in give credit where credit is due. When I joined MTS I moved over from an ISP that did not provide any kind of customer service. The move to MTS was smooth and could not be easier. Lindiwe from the sales department was really friendly and assisted me all the way through the process she kept me up to date all the time with every step of the way.

My router was delivered as promised then we had connection issues and could not get the link to be working after some escalation Success took over my ticket and got it resolved.

I just want to thank the team at MTS for their excellent service and would really recommend this ISP
