Pathetic Support and resolvement of connectivity issues

Endless problems and cumbersome solutions to resolve connectivity issues. Mind The Speed expects us to test speeds every hour for three hours, on doing this they still find some external excuse and you are left stuck with the problem. I downgraded my package effective 30/03/2020 however Mind The Speed downgraded my speed effective 04/03/2020.

Upon questioning Mind The Speed on my speeds being low on the 23/03/2020 I was notified that in fact my package has already been downgraded.

Whilst I was doing work and needed to upload a number of important deliverbles, my internet stopped working completely at 11pm. I immediately tried to restart the cpe and modem however internet connectivity was completely down. I thus issued a ticket. At 8am I received a message saying that my internet has been resolved and reason of me being offline was due to change in packages... I am confused now because on my previous ticket I was told my package migrated on the 04/03/2020 and that's why my speeds were so much slower. At this point I already had driven to work to upload my deliverables.

Been with Cool Ideads, Axxess, Web africa and Afrihost. I really made a mistake joining Mind The Speed however I was lured in with their Black Friday special. The Isp's are really worth the paying for, can't say the same for Mind The Speed thus far.
