MTS for the win!
MTS has provided our household with exceptional service for the past 2 years, After an infuriating stint with WebAfrica, MTS's general approachfulness and helpfulness restored my faith in customer service. Their customer service and technical assistance is probably the best I've ever experienced with any subscription based service in South Africa.
