Mind the Speed - Review after 6 months

Just want to say thank you for the half year that we have been with Mind the Speed on Vumatel. We came from an uncapped Telkom LTE connection, so we were used to speeds at about 50% of the advertised speed.

Since moving to Mind the Speed, our speeds have stayed consistently above 95% of the advertised speed, sometimes even going over 100%. As far as being throttled is concerned, we have used over 5 terrabytes of data in the past 6 months and were not throttled once, not one email, not one phone call complaining about the usage.

Our internet has experienced issues about 3 times in the 6 months, and each time Mind the Speed support staff did their absolute best to get us sorted out as soon as possible, which we were very grateful for, as we had Covid and had to work from home.
