Mind The Speed Outstanding Service

Was wary of using a smaller ISP but after reading comments here decided to try them.

Openserve started fibre installations in the area in November 2020 and area finally went live late March. Installation date was provided far in advance and discussing with MTS, this installation happened within 3 days.

Within a week of being connected and live, Openserve cancelled the order and disconnected the service on the 12 April, stating that there was no service in the area. After been given a date of the 3 May for a reinstallation Lindiwe and Success managed to get this resolved within 5 days and on the 17 April reinstallation has been done.

If you are looking for instant knowledgeable support and communication look no further than MTS.

After being with Rain 4G for 7 months and absolutely no support (2 weeks to respond to a support ticket) and slow connection speeds (0.75 - 1.45Mbps) MTS has been beyond awesome.
