Lindiwe in sales is the G.O.A.T

From the very first call, Lindiwe in the sales team patiently listened to me vent for what I'm sure was an unholy amount of time about the ISP that I had inherited from the previous tenant on July 1st. I know for a fact that I sounded crazy, but she just calmly listened and instructed me on what to do next.

To facilitate the release of the line, Lindiwe escalated the issue to Vumatel and managed to move mountains in a a few days, with a downtime of only a couple of hours.

I really cannot sing her praises enough (with a special shout-out to Neo who I also interacted with via email). The team was kind, understanding, empathetic, but most importantly professional, competent & diligent. Hopefully MTS will be able to provide a level of technical service & support that matches the excellence of their employees.
