Initial service ,speed and installation connection review.

So for now I’ll give a 4 star only because it’s been a few days and will give a proper rating and review after a month or so. However this initial review is about the start to Installation and router set up and the general support I received. When I signed up it was a Friday and the installation fee was paid . 5 working days later the openserve operators arrived and installed the ONT box and they placed it exactly where I asked . (This is in Durban ) I decided not to get the free router as I did some research and choose to purchase the tp-link 1900AC Archer C80 dual band WiFi router ,it had a good price to the features I required and so far it’s great as it comes with a app called tether and the set up is so easy . So at this point I asked MTS what do I do now and they gave me some instructions ,this was the day of the installation . So I followed them and with the tether app from to to-link router the connection was up and running in minutes ,even less. So I would recommend this method and especially router . I did have some connection issues at first .however since it was after 20:30pm I knew they would respond to my email the next morning and they did ,also giving me additional information regarding payment and the portal on the website since I asked them about it . So my first impressions of this company and service is great so far and the speed connection is outstanding. Thanks to the team that assisted me. Now even a family member is thinking of switching to MTS.
