I received a telephone call within minutes of sending an email detailing that I had no connection . After this call, I immediately got an email saying that my complaint was logged and that it would be resolved within 48 to 72 hours. A friendly technician arrived within 4 hours, and the problem was solved. Wow! I wish that all the service providers that I deal with gave such speedy, professional service!
