Happily passes on FNO fees to their customers

Mind the Speed is a good ISP with responsive customer support and keeping users informed of incidents. I have been with MTS for over 2 years now with few complaints. I recently wanted to upgrade my fibre line, but was told that Openserve levied a fee on fibre line regrades. Why on earth they would want to do this when a more expensive monthly package would increase their revenue, is beyond me, but I'm not happy that Mind the Speed passes these costs onto their customers. These fees weren't in the T&Cs when I originally signed up and there has been no communication from Mind the Speed that these fees now apply. I've s****ped the idea of upgrading as I should be satisfied enough with the current connection that I have, but if a forced upgrade is imposed on me again, where it would cost me money to downgrade, MTS and Openserve will lose me as a customer.
