Great Service from Tristiaan

I phoned your support number at about 11h10 on Sunday 6 November 2022 and spoke to Tristiaan. I needed help with setting up my routers to enable multiple access points.

My call was answered promptly and we were on the call for over an hour. Tristiaan was extremely patient, polite and helpful and managed to get the routers working properly. It was such a pleasure speaking to him and his service was amazing.

Please extend my gratitude to Tristiaan and recognize him for his great service. He's definitely an asset to MTS.
