Mind The Speed is a company that REALLY looks after their customers, and attend to every enquiry promptly. Tristiaan attended to my latest issue which was a fibre break inside my property. Tristiaan took it upon himself to communicate with Vumatel directly in getting the problem resolved ASAP. With Tristiaan jumping on the request quickly, and Vumatel responding to the request just as promptly, my problem was resolved and my connectivity restored the very next day.
