Great, efficient and unexpectedly good service.

Nowadays I feel we all just accept OK-ish service as the norm and we adapt around it this does not apply to MTS. I am very pleased with the service from MTS. When moving house we moved from Mweb to MTS. The whole process was easy and efficient. Booking for FNO to install was quick even the FNO contractor contacted me quickly to make the appointment. After being installed I called tech support who true to their word sent me my PPPoE login details within 10 mins after the call. Further I didn’t have to follow up with them to get the invoice for the pro rata amount and true to their word the first month is actually free without me having to ask or fight for it. I can really recommend MTS. Thanks for taking away the stress of internet during the move!
