Extremely Bad Customer Service

The worst service I have ever experienced from an ISP by far. Every other day you have to call them to complain about connection problems. They will always give you the same excuse each time. The customer experience I have received has been terrible from slow connection to rude consultants. I wouldn't recommend their services at all.
