EXTERELY BAD AND PATHETIC SERVICE
What a pathetic company. I received the router today and no setup down. Spending more than an hour on the phone and still no joy. This was suppose to be a quick setup - what a joke. STAY AWAY - MOVE TO ANOTHER PLANET TO GET AWAY FROM THEM IF YOU CAN. Unfortunately there is no option for ZERO stars because that is what I want to give them.

21 May 2020, 16:44Just to give feedback, after I told them I cancel the sales manager called and I explained the issue she then spoke to the service department and sorted the problem out. But they will have to improve there service.
