Excellent service frm mind the Speed

Towards the end of 2019 I terminated my DSTV premium service in favour of a fibre connection and Netflix. I investigated numerous ISPs to find one conforming to my requirements of value for money and excellent customer service, and eventually settled on Mind the Speed. Spoke to a lady called Neo, and from the start I was impressed not only with her knowledge, but with her straight talking and what I perceived to be her and the company’s real commitment to customer service. I was even given a choice to pay by EFT or debit order (not an option available from other ISPs I spoke to) and I had no hesitation in entering into a contract with Mind the Speed. Over the months since then I had several problems with the Vumatel line, and had to deal with Mind the Speed’s service division, mainly with Mark, but also with Bongani and Enias, and in all cases the excellent service continued. They keep promises, follow up after Vumatel reported the faults were fixed, and even return phone calls, which very few companies in South Africa do. I have had zero problems with Mind the Speed, and will recommend them to anybody looking for an ISP that is totally committed to giving its customers outstanding service and value for money.
