Excellent beyond comparison

What an awesome change. I'm used to spending hours on hold and then talking to someone who gives me conflicting information compared to the person I spoke to last. With mind the speed I have had quick, efficient and friendly service. The support guys have been amazing so far specifically Neo who kept me updated through the registration and installation process and Lester who followed up with me several times to make sure my connection was active and working.
