Definition of customer service

I migrated to Mind The Speed from another ISP because there packages was the best priced. MTS has given me great service from the very start! I had a query or 2, and they were really efficient in providing a solution to make the end customer satisfied. Always quick to respond to my emails and keeping me updated with the process. They are priced very well compared to popular ISP's, but the level of service is unrivaled.
