Customer Service

I have been with Mind The Speed for 6 years. I have had a few problems of internet down and the customer service was excellent. When I had a problem it was with Open Serve. The customer care section is always friendly and helpful. If the problem was not resolved immediately I had up to date feedback of the status on a regular basis.
