Botched fibre line downgrade
As a loyal customer for many years, I am really unhappy about how a linespeed downgrade was handled. First I had to pay Mind the Speed a fee for the downgrade, as they pass these costs from the fibre provider on to their customers. Then when the linespeed was botched, being set to the incorrect specification, no technical support was available, due to this happening on a public holiday. I depend on my internet connectivity for work and now being stuck on a really low speed line is really terrible for working from home. MTS has now logged a ticket with fibre provider, but not sure when this will be resolved. I have also now paid for a fibre line which is performing far below what it should be.
