Absolutely horrific.

Absolutely Appalled. Let's be quite frank. I ordered internet on the 26th of August. It's now the 14th September. I don't have internet.

When MTS launched last year I was really excited and wanted to give them a chance. Well I regret giving them a chance. Because they have let me down at every turn.

I had to pay an upfront installation fee of R1700ish and well.... I got no installation.... I eventually got so irritated with them I told them to simply give me a refund and that I would pay said fee once they had actually sorted their lives out.

Between MTS and Vumatel no one can seem to figure out that I the complex where I live exists and has fiber. I honestly don't know who is running this joke. Vuma says it's MTSs fault. MTS says it's Vumas fault. Noone knows what's going on. And quite frankly I don't care. I ordered internet on the 26th of August and I don't have it.

Avoid at all costs.
