A truly world class Internet Service Provider!

On 21/01/2021 at 15h45 my Fibre internet went down. This was disruptive as I was unable to work. I also could not call Mind The Speed as their phone lines were not working. I then logged a ticket with them from my phone using mobile data. I was very impressed by their response time. I also was kept in the loop as to progress. Just before 5pm everything was back up and running. A day later this excellent company sent out an email saying that they had a major outage on their core network due to a flood of data from an outside source. Their phone lines were on their core network and were therefore also effected. They further added that their technicians could not access their network remotely so they physically went to the data centre and rectified the issue. All of this fault finding and restoration of service happened in just over 1 hour. This is a superb turnaround time considering the severity of the impact. Well done Mind The Speed.
