I bought a 2022 Polo life from this horrid dealership and took possession of the vehicle on the 20th of April 2023. It is 22 May 2023 and I STILL do not have my licence disk or Natis document. Hendrico (the sales lad) was very quick to make the deal happen BUT afterservice is non existing. As he told me on the phone this morning, it is not my job to do the registration (after I had to pay for it)!!! My temporary licence will expire soon!!!! The first temporary licence expired on the 10th of May - I had to beg them to do SOMETHING as I will not be able to drive my car. It was extended after many phone calls and messages. And now I am just where I was before - A car that I will not be able to drive soon as it is not registered!! Where to from here????? Don't even get me started on JP the finance guy, he can't even get an email address correct even if you email him directly FROM the email!!!!! That means I never received my finance documents and had to contact the bank to get it!!! I wish I never bought a car from this unprofessional bunch of clowns!!!! Don't expect that they will return phone calls, you will have to follow-up and follow-up and follow-up. Horrible, horrible after service!!!!
