Wax on windows and scratch.

I send my Nissan Almera for a service 75000 Km. Everything went well except when I received the vehicle there was something that looked like a vapour on all windows, the lady that bring me the car said it was unusual. I also thought it was but at home I noticed that it was wax and was very difficult to get off an it is still there. For what the service is already very expensive. Also a new scratch on my boot. Not happy about this!
