Vehicle purchase - Nissan Milnerton

My daughter purchased a Chevy Spark 2015 from Nissan Milnerton in July 2024. In October 2024 the brakes started squeaking and were told by Nissan to take the vehicle to Tonnesen Fitment Centre. The vehicle had done 6000km in just over 3 months. Her brother took it there and by mistake thought they needed to service the vehicle. Tonnesen then provided quotes for the following that needed to be replaced: Brake discs, brake pads, control arm (LHS & RHS), front & rear shocks, Stab link front L&R, strut mounting front and stabilizer link. R15500 quoted to replaced parts 3 months after purchase. The vehicle somehow passed roadworthy ?
