<p>On the 12th July 2016 I took my car to be valued at Nissan Milnerton. A purchase confirmation was signed and an amount was agreed upon. An inspection was carried out then as well as when my husband brought the car in later that same day.<br />On the 13th July my husband dropped the vehicle off with all the paper work etc He was told we could expect the money the following day. <br />When no money was in our account by the 18th July we followed up with the dealership only to be told they had gotten the years wrong and offered us a lower amount or the vehicle returned. We declined the offer. <br />- The year of the car is clearly seen on the original documents. On the document they provided to us you can see the year has been scratched out by them, with no signature.<br />On their own correspondence it shows the trade in value of this particular car as more than their original offer. <br />This is a clear breach of contract as no information was hidden- all information is clear and was provided upfront. An amount was decided upon by both parties and a contract signed. <br />- I would also like to bring it to attention that a man by the name of Tommy spoke to me over the phone. He was incredibly aggressive and spoke to me in a way I view as ************ and bullying. Knowing that he has access to my address and personal details is unsettling. <br />This morning another man from the dealership wrote me a threatening email. <br />They have received a legal letter, I have spoken to their head office as well as director but no one is willing to confront this absolutely abhorrent and ********* behaviour</p>
