Theft

I purchased a vehicle through Milnerton Nissan. I requested settlement figures with MFC which were due to expire prior to my debit order run on the 1st of the month. I collected the vehicle on the 31st of July. According to MFC, Milnerton Nissan then requested settlement figures after the R10,000+ debit order had gone through. The settlement fugure was predictably about R10,000+ less than the agreed terms of the sale of the vehicle, meaning Nissan had to settle by R10,000+ (on the 3rd of August) less than the agreed terms of the sale of the vehicle. No credit was given to Absa, as my banker.

I questioned Milnerton Nissan and they referred me to my bank. My bank asked me to check with MFC and MFC sent me a statement detailing the amount that was settled.

I then returned to Milnerton Nissan and they confirmed that the additional funds were with them.

11 days later, I still have not been refunded.

Last week on Thursday, an Andre Oosthuizen informed me that payments are made on Fridays and he will confirm the payment once it was done.

Not wanting to argue, I decided I would wait for the Friday and get my money and forget about the episode. Friday, Saturday and Sunday came and went and no money was deposited in my account. This annoyed me to no end because why should my money be subject to their payment cycles when they were the ones at fault by claiming koney that didnt below to them? They have had my money for a period of 11 days up to now and today I have not received any communication from them. It is as if I am begging them, when they had no right to keep my money in the first place.

I find the service rather shocking and it has impacted how I view Nissan and definitely my last car with them and will make sure that anyone that asks me is made aware of my experience.

I want my money back with immediate effect
