Shocking Car Service - Stay away as far as possible!!

When I purchased a car they told me that the car will be serviced and everything that's due will be done. The next day after I received the car, the car came up with an alarm messages that the ad blue was empty which should have been filled up as part of the service according to the manufacturer service plan. On top of that the service light indicator was on indicating the car is due for an service. This means they did not even reset the service indicator with the service they did.

A complete diagnostic test was done on the car by another dealer indicating that a lot of other errors and alarms were on this car which should have been addressed with a service. It seems that Milnerton Nissan did not even put a diagnostic tool on the car to identify what is wrong when servicing a car. This report was sent to Milnerton Nissan. Additionally, proof was sent to Milnerton Nissan indicating that they said everything that is due will be done. Since they are aware that they did not perform the service as they should, they are totally quiet and ignoring any communication. They ignore what all I had to do to prevent the car to come to a complete stand the next day after I received it.

They do not do what they say, they are not honest and totally ******** - worst car dealership I have ever dealt with,

Very shocking and disappointing, they are not trust worthy and have no integrity. Please be warned!!!
