I bought a car just over four months back from Nissan Milnerton yesterday my clutch packed up and they said they would collect the car today the 21/06/2021 but then I got a call saying they won't collect it nor repair it so now I must fix it how does one ruin a clutch in four months obviously wear and tear but that could be from the previous owner where is the consumers act of 6 months like the salesman explained to me
