REFUND OF R10,000, AFTER WRONG CONTRACT

We bought a 2013 model Toyota Fortuner from Nissan Milnerton in Cape Town, traded in our BMW X3 2012 model. We agreed on a deal, R299.000 for the Fortuner and I will get R330,000 for the BMW. Since the settlement om the BMW was R352,000 we agreed to add R21,000 on the Fortuner (total R321,000). R321,000 was sent to the finance to be approved. It took some days. In that time I had to pay one instalment on the BMW (R10,000), which I told Nissan about. But when we went to get the car and sign the papers, it was still R321,000 on the contract, it should have been R311,000. We signed the papers, I did not have time to look for another car before I went back to work (oversea). Then in the evening when we went bed I said to my wife that I didn't have a good feeling after this deal, and we prayed about it. So I sent Nissan an e-mail the day after and explained my point of view, that I were not happy with this deal. So after a couple of days with e-mails back and forth Nissan decided to refund me the R10,000, a few days later the money was on my account.
