Poor Service and delivery

On the 5th of October 2014, my Step mother took her car to Milnerton Nissan to have the CV joints replaced. This was done at a cost of R5,492.29. There was also a noise under the car, which she was told was simply the belly plate that had come loose. <br> <br> In April 2015, (6 months later) the same noise returned. Once again, she took the car back to Milnerton Nissan, they were unable to find the source of the noise and the car was returned to her 2 days later. <br> <br> In early May 2015, she was forced to take her vehicle to Tyre Mart for a 2nd opinion. They hoisted the car up and noticed that the left rubber boot was leaking grease. She called Parow Nissan who confirmed to her that replacing the boots was part of the replacement of the CV joints.<br> <br> After being told by Milnerton Nissan that they would help no further and terrified that her car would break down and that she would be stranded on the side of the road, she was forced to have the boots replaced on the 8th of June 2015 at Tyre Mart. <br> <br> She then went to speak to Alan Lansdell at Milnerton Nissan, who was not helpful at all.
