Poor customer care and ridiculous labour charges

I took my nossan quasqai for 70000km service sine I have a service plan. I was phoned to say that my front break pads need replacement and was quoted R2100! The actual pad cost R450. They informed me that labour is not included in the service! In my opinion preak pads should be part of the service plan
