Nissan Milnerton shocking service

We bought a used NP300 from Nissan Milnerton in Feb 2021. We are based in George and requested repeatedly a copy of the Enatis from the salesperson in order to register the vehicle in George with CAW number plates. Eventually when he sent it, and we tried to register, we were told the vehicle has not gone through a roadworthy. We contacted the dealer principal, who confirmed vehicle was sent for roadworthy but since it took so long for the Enatis to reach us the roadworthy has expired. We then had to take the vehicle for roadworthy and it was failed due to back tires. The Nissan dealership's response was that they would've never sold us a vehicle with less than 10000KM thread on the tires. Since 3 weeks ago we've been going back-and-forth communicating with them, eventually they stopped responding to our mails, and we handed it over to Nissan SA. Today I was told that Nissan Milnerton will not reimburse us on the tires and we can take the matter to the ombudsman. This is a short version of the terrible service we received from this dealership!
