on the 1st of march i purchased a part from Nissan and within an hour i cancelled the part. Nissan told me that they were not able to refund me even though the part were to come from the factory 24 hours later. i threatened them with the consumer credit act then i was told i would be refunded by 8th march. i've been phoning around and the buck just gets passed and still no refund
