Nissan Milnerton - Bunch of *******

We bought a vehicle recently from Nissan Milnerton. 2014 Infiniti QX70 with under 40 000 kms.

We didn’t see the vehicle before taking delivery (biggest mistake), but the salesman assured us the vehicle was in a pristine condition (mileage was low, pictures were good). When the vehicle came, there seemed to be a number of mechanical issues with it. We asked them to cancel but they ignored those emails and advised they would arrange to have the issues fixed.

They arranged that we take it to Infiniti Melrose and they will pay for the repairs (and transport to and from).

The repairs have been attended to, but payment has not been done and there is no sign of payment. They have all of a sudden stopped responding to messages.

We have already paid two debit orders but have not used or taken delivery of the vehicle.

It is quite absurd that Nissan South Africa keeps such a dealer with the alarming number of complaints lodged on this site. This is the same bunch of ****** from Nissan springs that I have previously had an issue with.

I had bought a vehicle from Nissan Milnerton last year as well. Their salesman sold us a vehicle that was mechanically changed and that will have broken the factory warranty, but we were not even advised of this.

I doubt I will get a response from this, but atleast other potential clients can see what ******* this company is.
