Nissan milnerton and Safy maintenance plan is really useless.

I took my Nissan bakkie for a Service. But than my brakes also need to changed and we have a maintenance plan with Safy and they decline my brake change because they put my bakkies brakes on the other bakkie. I have been patient and after the service my book was not stamped. I have a maintenance alarm of oil and filter on the dash what next. I emailed and phone milnerton Nissan and Safy maintenance plan But they don't respond.
