Mislead

<p>I have received the absolute worst service from this dealership! From day 1 dealing with Andre Nagel (Consultant), I was mislead and blatantly **** to.</p> <p>He did an application on my husband and was told that his ITC score was too low, I then of course app**** for vehicle finance (not having a licence - information disclosed with Consultant).</p> <p>I was then sent an OTP to sign for a VW POLO Vivo 1.4, quoted at R118 700 (INCL 14% VAT, on road charges of R2500 and R900 for lic & reg).</p> <p>I was told that I needed to sign and send it off asap to secure the vehicle.</p> <p>Along with my documents (ID, payslips and bank statement), I emailed it to Andre Nagel. He then informed he would bring the car around for my husband and myself to view - this did not happen. This was the monday that I sent the signed OTP off.</p> <p>No word from him Tue, when my husband messaged him, he said that he was so busy with month end things, he will get back to us the nest day.</p> <p>When I still didn't hear from him the next day (Wed), I then called him to find out what's happening, he then said, he is so busy but he will bring the car around later that day for us to view - SURPRISE, again we didn't get to see the car!</p> <p>Later that day, he told my husband that the car was sold CASH on Mon??? for R125k?! He never said that anyone else came before us...</p> <p>I was fed up and decided to call the Branch Manager to get to the bottom of it, I was transferred to Sales Manager, Andre Oosthusizen. (Not much joy here either)</p> <p>After explaining to him what's been happening and that i wasn't happy being **** to, he apologised and told me that the car WASN'T sold but I was quoted the wrong price, he said that the car is actually R129k but he will sell it to me for no less than R125k!? He said he will see what he can do and get back to me...</p> <p>He did, only to tell me that he can drop the price by another R4k... I told him that I am not happy about this. I then sent off an email to him, and the cc'd the Branch Manager, once again , explaining what happened... He then got Andre Nagel again to call me to tell me what the correct price is (without an apology).</p> <p>I eventually was told by Andre Oosthuizen that I can get the car for the price I was quoted. Only to find out from Joey Van nie kerk that NO checks were done, no verification with the bank, or anything!</p> <p>Only then to be declined because I do not have a licence and my husbands ITC score is too low to be my nominated driver!!! Also, on the declined application I noted that the full price was still put down!! (R129k) When I emailed to question this, all Joey had to say was, you weren't declined on the price, but on your husbands credit references. Seriously ****ed off and disgusted in this "well established business" service, totally unprofessional, running a ****! (I still have both the OTP but that I signed, as well as the declined application)</p> <p>A huge waste of time, being mislead and caused unnecessary stress!</p>
