MILNERTON NISSAN - ***IST, RUDE, ***********, USELESS

Probably the most useless Nissan Branch in South Africa .....

I have only heard bad reviews about this branch, but seeing that it is the closest Nissan Branch to my house I decided to contact them ..... Well lets just say they did not disappoint AT ALL, they are still the most useless and terrible Nissan branch in this Country.

You buy a brand new Nissan Vehicle from a branch in Gauteng .... After 12 months the Vehicle starts giving certain problems, note the vehicle is still under warranty.

You contact Nissan Milnerton and explain to them the situation and ask them to run a diagnostic on the vehicle to see what the problem is and whether it is covered under the warranty (which it was) and one of the useless Managers in the Service department tells me they can't help me, because they didn't sell me the vehicle and I must take it to the dealership in Gauteng?

Like really?

Best part, it was my Wife that contacted them, probably treating all women like this at this branch, because they are ***ist.

Expect a visit from me real soon you useless idiots.

Do not support this branch.

I will be complaining to Nissan Head Office.
