*****

In July of 2017 I bought a Nissan product. Right from the start, I experienced ones of the worst customer experience that most dealers would blush over. Despite engaging the Useless ombudsman, Milnerton Nissan **** and convinced the *********** MIOSA. I refuse to give up because I know they are ****** and so far it is costing me money for a lawyer. So, started picking up issues that I had overlooked. I checked my invoice and noticed a R7000 on the road fee as well as a R1200 license and registration. I asked for a detailed breakdown of the R7000. Delivery charge of R3500 I could account for but the rest made no sense. Initially they ignored me, again I wouldn’t give up until Justin of Nissan head office took me seriously and investigated. Feedback today is that I was also charged R150 for petrol. The vehicle had enough petrol to go to the next service station about 2km away. Worse was to come though when I realised that my disc had expired (a cop in a road block warned me it was and I thought he was talking bull and my dead pan look must have looked suspicious and he repeated himself). Anyway, decided to go to SAPO to Renew the expired disc only to discover that the licence was never transferred in my name and not only do I need to go to the traffic department, my car needs a roadworthy test before I can be licensed. Nissan head office has now asked me to Record all related expenses of licensing the vehicle and they will refund me but doubt they can pay me for taking a day off to fix their ***** up MIOSA is like Shaun Abrahams. *********** bunch of fools who can’t be bothered to Do a basic job right
