Faulty NissanNP200 vehicle passed off as brand new

I bought a \brand new NP200 on 27 May 2015. Upon receipt of the vehicle there was a rattling sound. We sent an email the very next day to the dealership who assured us it may be the spare wheel & that it can be tightened. Thesound got worse
