Embarrassment to Nissan

I bought a used car from them, paid cash, and took delivery on a Saturay. The spare key and books were missing and promised to me on the Monday. 3 weeks later and no spare key or books. They gave a temporary license on rhe Saturday. After constantly reminding them that it expires at the end of the 3rd week (this was in the 3rd week also), I received the license and plates at 17h45 on the day the temp expired. These people give you horrible service, make plenty of excuses, lie about details, make empty promises, their secretary was extremely rude over the phone with me, and the principal dealer is never available and never calls you back when you are asked to leave your details. The only thing they do well is to provide you will plenty of stress and anxiety! Milnerton Nissan is definitely an embarrassment to the Nissan brand.
