Company failing to provide papers for a vehicle I purchased

I am very disgusted with the service received from the Milnerton Nissan. Purchased the vehicle on the 13th August 2020 till to date I haven't received Natis documents for the vehicle. I have made numerous calls to the sales person (Bhekani Kala) to check the status of these documents but not getting any joy. The guy dont even bother to call to give update, he awaits for us to call and promise to get back to me with the update but he doesnt keep his own words.
