Bad service

Do not ever buy a car from this dealership you will regret it for the rest of you life. I bought a car from them the in February guy gave me a defected car after I told him don’t want an automatic fine. And my partner told me to return the car back but I was too stubborn. When I got there the mat of the car was damage, the car inside had dirty white marks, the outside of the car is damage. I showed the the sales guy he said its fine he’ll sort it out when they change the number plates little did I know. He took the car to change plates and never attended to any of the things I showed him I sent numerous emails which he never bothered to answer took it further to his manager who promised to sort it out and never did I had to follow up then was told of lockdown fine. Then they opened, did anyone bother to contact me? I followed up they said I must bring the car for only the mat quotation fine I did not mind went there they said they would call menback waited and waited no call. Car had a gear shifter problem took the car to them after a week no feedback or whatsoever I followed they called and sent me an email to tell me that they still running some test they have no answers yet. Its now two weeks full I have no car no valid reason of whats wrong with the car.
