Bad bad nad

Lots of Promises no action. Always have to phone them and excuses on excuses. Passing the buck and blaming ex sales people. I was told in that I must go to the ombudsman without them even looking at the problem I have with the car that is 4 months old. No guarantees and invoices can be presented for the repairs that where do. Told me they would repair this and now they never did what they promised, but the nice thing is they repaired something that was never broken? I can make sense of this. Also the consumer protection act doesn't apply to them aperently. Would give 1/2 a star but that is not an option.
