Query on account

I had signed up to the premium service for Milc and i could not log onto the site - it kept giving me an error - so i called the support line and was greeted by a friendly agent, who assisted me up until a point and then asked for assistance from her manager/team leader - both gave me excpetional service and managed to assist with my query within 5minutes!
