Milc

A couple of months ago I saw a unknown debit order from Milc on my bank account. I have been phoning constantly over a period of about 4 months to find out what this debit order is for. Each time I phone I get told that the system is down and they cant help me. But they still keep deducting money from me each month. Surely the system cant be offline for months and months at a time.
