Highly upset with this MILK! My coffee is sour!

I was contacted by a Mobile company who wanted to sell me a new mobile phone with a contract. I was declined. They asked if I wanted some extra value added services on my account, which I declined. Now three months later I see 4 very strange debit orders going off my account. I went to the bank to cancel and stop these debit orders. The bank informs me it has been going off since end of July 2018. Got the tel no from them, called to find out, it's for some value added services. Demanded a refund, nothing, nada, they say they don't do refunds. Wanted to speak to a manager or person in charge, Ricardo tells me they can't put me through and are not allowed to give out tel numbers of the bosses. They are based in Durban. I ask for their location so I can come visit their offices. They can't give out their address. The Company they trade under is called Product Shop. Up to this point nobody called me back or made any effort to communicate with me. I did not recieve any cummunication or correspondence from them what so ever to inform me of this debit order.
